After an extensive six-year hiatus, the iconic punk rock band Rancid has finally released their much-anticipated tenth studio album, titled “Tomorrow Never Comes” via Epitaph Records and Hellcat Records.
The album, which made its debut on June 2, 2023, produced by Brett Gurewitz marks the band’s triumphant return since their previous offering, “Trouble Maker,” in 2017.
“Tomorrow Never Comes” signifies a powerful resurgence for Rancid, showcasing their signature punk rock sound characterized by lively tempo, infectious melodies, and raw energy. Notably, the album delves into thought-provoking themes, with tracks such as “Don’t Make Me Do It” and “Devil in Disguise” fearlessly addressing prevalent societal concerns like police brutality and gun violence.
