Sad queer punk from Sápmi

Conversion Therapy are a queer Punk band from Norway, with members from the indegious Sami population.

Inspired by the classic Pop Goes Punk CD’s from their teens, the band wanted to do their own take on one of their favourite new Pop/ Hyper Pop song; LEGO BLOCKS by Oslo locals and fellow LGBT musicians Falito and Gucci Caliente. A song about heartbreak, jealousy, Mario Bro’s and the painful experience of stepping on LEGO.

LEGO BLOCKS (Remix) fuses early 2000’s Blink inspired riffs, skate punk vibes and a touch of over the top 2020 hyper pop energy. Released on Gucci’s own Type Two Records.

Recorded, produced and mixed by the band, with mastering from Defeater’s Jay Maas. Artwork by Falito.
