Originally starting as an acoustic outfit, The Roughies embraced a sound revolution when someone cheekily reminded them that acoustic guitars are for grandpas. Recorded at SNAFU Family Studio by the talented Eric Smith, and skillfully mixed and mastered by Ryan Perras at District Recording, “Everywhere’s an Island!” is an eight-track marvel that blends elements of ska, surf punk, folk punk and acoustic melodies, with a raw punk rock energy.
